We warmly welcome partners who are passionate about the food and beverage industry to join us and become part of Taiwan’s Thai cuisine scene.
Adu is a young man from Northern Thailand. Through his cross-cultural marriage with his Taiwanese wife, he chose to settle down in Taiwan, this beautiful island. In 2007, he began selling Thai snacks—starting with Thai green papaya salad—in the Yuanlin area of Changhua.
Starting humbly from a small roadside stall, Adu attracted a steady stream of customers with his unique flavors. Over time, the business expanded to offer a wider variety of Thai cuisine and diversified service models.
In 2009, the first flagship restaurant under the name “Adu Royal Thai Cuisine” opened in Yuanlin. This was followed by the Shalu branch in 2010, the Heping branch in 2013, and the Mingcheng branch in 2015. Throughout this journey, we have remained committed to delivering the most authentic Thai flavors and providing every guest with warm, heartfelt service.
In 2023, we launched our second brand, “Mr. Ga Pao,” which combines premium Thai culinary techniques with high-quality local Taiwanese ingredients. Inspired by Bangkok street food culture, the brand focuses on individual Thai basil stir-fry dishes that highlight the freshness and delicacy of the ingredients.
In 2024, we introduced our third brand, “Miss Pang Pang,” featuring Bangkok’s must-try, wildly popular grilled bread buns. With signature pandan custard, Thai milk tea cream, salted egg yolk sauce, and other flavors, guests can enjoy an immersive Thai-style experience with every bite.
