CHYI DING TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. was founded in 2003, specializing in providing precision environmental control equipment and energy-saving engineering services to semiconductor plants. Known for its innovative R&D capabilities, the company has won numerous accolades, including the Taiwan Excellence Award and the Ministry of Economic Affairs' SME Innovation Award, receiving a total of 19 awards, some presented by the President of Taiwan. 1. Equipment Business Division:
Chyi Ding is the largest provider of precision temperature control equipment for semiconductors across Taiwan and China. Known for precision up to ±0.01℃ and its ability to monitor and control AMC (Airborne Molecular Contaminants), Chyi Ding’s equipment ensures a stable environment for various precision manufacturing processes, making it a preferred choice among customers. Its clients include the world’s largest wafer foundry, the largest packaging and testing company, and it is also the designated supplier for the world’s top semiconductor equipment provider, cementing its position as a leader in precision HVAC applications.
2. Energy-Saving Services Division:
Starting from cleanroom engineering, Chyi Ding has developed advanced energy-saving technologies over nearly 20 years, improving facility operations for major semiconductor plants. To date, the company has helped customers save more than NT$1 billion in electricity costs, which is equivalent to the environmental impact of more than 600 Daan Forest Parks. Recently, Chyi Ding has assisted clients in achieving energy savings exceeding 50% on several projects and has secured over NT$10 million in government energy-saving subsidies to expand its market presence.
3. Sustainable Development:
In addition to completing a new 2,700-ping plant in 2021, Chyi Ding went public in the capital market that same year and aims to be listed on the stock exchange as part of its commitment to sustainable, long-term growth.
