Company Introduction
Mr. Zhu, a former military veteran, relocated from mainland China to Taiwan and founded the original ZhuJi restaurant after his retirement. He introduced authentic northern Chinese cuisine to Taiwan, laying the foundation for what would become Zhu Ji, a well-known brand in Taipei.
In 1987, the business was taken over by Mr. Yang, a former military comrade, and is now operated by the second generation. Through continuous innovation and business transformation, Zhu Ji adopted a shop-in-shop model and expanded into major department stores. Today, the brand operates 23 branches from Taipei to Hsinchu, with further expansion planned.
In 2011, Zhu Ji established a central kitchen, marking an important milestone toward corporate management and standardized operations. Despite ongoing changes in business models, the brand has remained committed to authentic flavors and strict quality control.
