Company Introduction
MMHG (MUME Hospitality Group), led by Michelin-starred chef Richie Lin, established its first restaurant, MUME, in 2014. The restaurant has been continuously recognized and awarded by various international culinary institutions for many years. In 2020, MMHG was formally established by integrating its restaurant brands. In addition to outstanding restaurant performance, the group has expanded into cloud kitchens and launched its own food e-commerce brand, TASTE by MMHG. Through diversified development and talent cultivation, MMHG continues to deepen its presence in the hospitality industry and create new value.
MMHG also serves as the Taiwan representative team for the California-based non-profit culinary organization Chefs4Farmers and as an advisor to the iSeeTaiwan Foundation. The group is dedicated to exploring the rich flavors behind cuisine, and continues to move forward with innovation, creativity, continuous learning, and the practice of sustainability and environmental friendliness.
