KARMA’s main products fall into three categories: manual wheelchairs (60%), electric wheelchairs (30%), and electric mobility scooters (10%). KARMA and SOMA are KARMA’s self-created brands marketed globally, with products sold in over 40 countries, including the UK, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, China, New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and Denmark.
KARMA currently has production bases in Taiwan, Thailand, China, and India. To expand in India and other overseas markets, KARMA, with the assistance of the IMC project by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council in 2012, has successfully entered high-end shopping centers and collaborated with 1,000 medical device retailers, allowing direct contact with local consumers and establishing a B2B2C distribution strategy.
