Toridoll Taiwan Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Toridoll Holdings Corporation (Japan). The representative director (Chairman) is the founder, Mr. Takaya Awata.

Marugame Udon
Mr. Awata’s father is from Marugame City in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. Kagawa is renowned for its Sanuki udon, which is characterized by thick noodles handmade with a unique kneading method, giving them a chewy, elastic texture and a refreshing taste. Inspired by his father’s hometown flavors, Mr. Awata founded Marugame Udon, which has grown to become the world’s largest Japanese udon chain.
Since its official launch in Taiwan in 2013, Marugame Udon has maintained a leading position both in Japan and globally. The brand is committed to freshly preparing each order to deliver the freshest and most authentic udon experience to every customer.
Nagata Honjo Ken
Originating from Nagata in Kobe, this affordable local dish—Bokkake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles with beef tendon stew)—is now being introduced to customers in Taiwan.
Nagata Honjo Ken offers a unique Japanese yakisoba experience by perfectly blending tradition and innovation. Following the success of Toridoll's flagship brand "Marugame Udon," this new dining concept was brought to Taiwan in 2023.
