Company Introduction
Founded in the 1970s, the company initially focused on the production of microwave-heated products such as siomai, rice dumplings, and ready-to-eat meal packs. In the 1980s, in response to changes in consumer eating habits, the company continuously enhanced its research and development capabilities to meet market demand. During this period, it began transitioning to the production of fresh food products stored at 18°C and 4°C, becoming one of the few suppliers of fresh food items to convenience stores at that time.
As convenience stores developed over more than a decade, their distribution channels and consumption patterns significantly reshaped the market structure, further increasing demand for fresh food products. In addition to producing 18°C rice balls and sushi, as well as 4°C cold noodles, lunch boxes, and rice dishes with sauces, the fresh food factory also developed frozen prepared meals to meet diversified consumer needs.
In the 1990s, with changes in dietary structures, consumers gradually shifted from a rice-centered diet to more diversified food choices. To align with market demand, the fresh food factory relocated and expanded its production lines in 1997, while establishing a dedicated management company, JIN SHIN FOOD CORP.
Through continuous upgrades in technology and equipment, combined with strong support from consumers and customers, the fresh food factory has actively embraced greater market challenges and future growth opportunities.
