Job Description
Partner Company Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo – Full-Time Placement: Taoyuan City – Maintenance Engineer (Gogoro Store)
Work Location:
Yangmei Store
Zhongli Store
Longtan Store
Job Responsibilities:
1.Promote and introduce Gogoro products.
2.Provide after-sales consultation services for Gogoro.
3.Provide Gogoro accessories sales services.
4.Perform maintenance and servicing for Gogoro smart electric scooters.
Requirements:
1.Senior high school (or vocational high school) diploma or above.
2.Must possess a motorcycle driving license.
3.Graduates from related fields are preferred.
Working Hours:
Mid-shift: 12:00–21:00 (1-hour break)
Salary:
Monthly salary NT$30,000 (base salary + meal allowance)
Overtime pay calculated based on full salary of NT$30,000
Benefits:
1.From the second year, full subsidy for general labor health check fees.
2.Performance bonus (evaluated based on labor fees from repairs and sales of spare parts).
3.Year-end bonus (minimum 1 month, adjusted based on performance).
4.Mid-Autumn Festival bonus (after 6 months of employment, minimum 1 month, adjusted based on performance).
5.Birthday gift voucher (SOGO gift voucher, available after 3 months of employment).
6.Long-term service bonus (issued at year-end based on performance).

Other Information:
1.After employment, candidates must attend approximately 3 weeks of training at the head office and obtain certification.
2.After obtaining certification, a one-year service contract must be signed; those who resign before completing one year will be required to pay a proportional penalty fee.

工作時間：
中班：12:00～21:00 (休息1小時)
薪資：
月薪 30,000 元 (本薪+伙食津貼)
加班費依全薪 30,000 元計算
