Job Description
1. Monitor and confirm attendance of team leaders, address operational issues on LINE, and manage material conditions of work-in-process inventory.
2. Attend relevant meetings and process information; supervise the standardization of production line operations.
3. Audit and manage material shortages and wastage, while implementing and supervising corresponding measures.
4. Inspect production lines to understand production status and control production progress.
5. Review daily production (including document handling) and plan the next day's tasks.
6. Ensure proper organization of production site items, supervise workplace tidiness, and oversee maintenance of equipment and tools.
7. Arrange and confirm preparation work for each product model before production.
8. Convene leaders to investigate root causes of defects and propose corrective actions.
9. Develop and implement training rules for team leaders and members, and review the work of operational personnel.
10. Promote and implement company policies and superior directives, and follow up on assigned tasks.
11. Production line management experience is required.
1.班組長出勤狀況之了解及確認LINE稼動問題,掌控在制品之料況.
2.各相關會議之參加及資訊之處理生產線作業標準化之監督.
3.缺料狀況,物料制損之審核和管理及提出對應化之監督.
4.巡查生產線,了解各線生產狀況及生產進度之掌控.
5.每日生產之審核(含文件處理),檢討安排次日之工作.
6.生產現場物品堆放之規則,督導其整理工作場所及保養儀器設備治工具.
7.各機種產前準備工作之安排與確認.
8.不良發生時,召集幹部了解原因,提出正確行動.
9.班(組)長及組員之教育訓練規則.實施及作業人員工作之審核
10.公司政策及上級指示之宣導.交辦,并予以追蹤.
