Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Back-of-House Staff (Braising Section)
Work Location:
Central Kitchen, Zhengyi Street, Sanxia District, New Taipei City
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and braising of food products.
2. Cleaning and maintenance of the production area.
3. Collection, use, and organization of raw materials.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 03:00–12:00
* Saturday and Sunday: 02:00–11:00
* Includes 1-hour meal break.
* Break time may be adjusted flexibly according to on-site operations.
* Working hours may be adjusted as needed and employees must cooperate with schedule changes.
Salary:
Salary structure: Statutory base salary + bonuses
1. Day shift: Not applicable
2. Night shift: NT$34,000 (including early-shift allowance) + NT$2,000 (attendance bonus)
Requirements:
1. Basic Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2. Must strictly follow SOP procedures.
3. Comply with factory regulations.
4. Cooperate with on-site management and supervisor instructions.
5. Shift-based leave system arranged mainly by supervisors; weekends are generally not available for leave.
Leave System:
Shift-based scheduling; number of days off arranged in advance based on operational needs.
Benefits:
* Festival gift money for Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival; supervisory staff receive gift boxes.
* Year-end bonus subject to company performance and individual evaluation.
* Bonus system: Monthly technical skill bonus.

工作內容：
1.滷製滷味
2.廠區清潔
3.原物料領用與整理
工作時間：
星期一 ~ 五:凌晨3點~中午12點
星期六 日 :凌晨2點~早上11點
中間有1小時,用餐休息時間
休息時間需視現場作業彈性調整
需視情況調整上班時間 要配合工作調整
薪資：
薪資結構:法定底薪+獎金
1.日班:無
2.夜班:34000 (含早班津貼) + 2000 (全勤)
