【We’re Expanding】Mid Shift English Customer Service Specialist
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly and enthusiastic support to users through phone calls, instant messaging, and social media channels.
2. Assist users based on the company’s products and strategies, guiding them to resolve issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
3. Coordinate and communicate across departments, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
1. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
2. Strong spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese; excellent telephone service etiquette is a plus.
3. Ability to think flexibly and apply knowledge to new situations.
4. Proactive, positive, and enjoys interacting with people.
5. Strong teamwork spirit, enthusiasm for work, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Position Advantages
1. KPI performance bonus every 6 months, up to 1.5 months of salary.
2. Annual salary increase up to 10% based on KPI performance.

Leave Policy
