Job Description
1. Handle and prepare various ingredients for cooking.
2. Assist the chef in measuring ingredients by volume and weight.
3. Prepare ingredients for different dishes based on customer orders.
4. Responsible for plating or adjusting portion sizes during service.
5. Possess a chef license.
6. Basic Japanese language ability is a plus.
7. For split shifts, a break-time allowance of NT$150/day is provided.
Working Hours：
Split shift: 10:00–14:30 (includes 30-minute meal break), 17:00–21:00
【THE UKAI TAIPEI 】 鐵板燒廚藝廚助
1.負責處理各種食材,以完成烹飪的前置工作。
2.協助廚師測量食材的容量與重量。
3.依照客人的點單,準備不同菜色所需要的食材。
4.於出菜時負責菜餚擺盤或調整份量之工作。
5.具備廚師證 。
6.略懂日文者優 。
7.若遇兩段班,另有空班津貼$150/天
上班時段
兩頭班 10:00~ 14:30-含 30 分鐘休息用餐,17:00~21:00
