【Your Responsibilities & Challenges】
Lead the production line team, monitor staff performance and learning progress, and ensure stable operations.
Conduct staff training and evaluations to improve overall operational skills and efficiency.
Optimize product quality and production processes to ensure every batch meets delivery standards.
Flexibly allocate manpower and schedule tasks to meet dynamic production demands.
Respond to production issues in real time and implement improvement measures to avoid disruptions.
Promote 6S management and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Implement company policies and ensure smooth information flow to enhance team execution.
