4. 系統問題派工單撰寫及追蹤。
5. 負責飯店及餐飲營業系統。【註】

【加分條件】
1. 具備資訊或產業相關背景尤佳。
2. 資訊系統客服或系統技術支援經驗尤佳。
3. 具備電腦軟硬體及其周邊設備處理知識尤佳。
4. 具備國際或星級飯店經歷，並有飯店前台系統使用經驗尤佳。
5. 具備印尼語流利者，提供語言津貼。
【學習發展】
1. 上線專案管理。
