Job Description
1. Support customers with sales team, respond to technical inquiries, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues
2. Acquire and maintain product-related knowledge
3. Collect and report customer-side issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
4. Occasional business travel required
5. Handle other tasks assigned by supervisor
6. Chinese proficiency at B1 level or above
Required Major:
Engineering-related disciplines
Other Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
2. Experience in passive components quality management and improvement tracking is preferred
1. 與業務共同支援客戶,回覆顧客應用技術問題, 蒐集並與原廠討論,共同解決客戶技術問題
2. 熟悉產品所需之相關知識
3. 客戶端的問題點收集、反饋及與廠內合作處理
4.不定期出差
5.主管交辦事項
6.中文程度需要B1以上
