Job Description
1. Circuit design, implementation, characterization, enhancement, and verification on RF front-end products, including power amplifiers, LNAs, switches, and passives, to meet products’ spec.
2. Design and implementation on yield and reliability enhancement
3. Familiar with RF design flow, EM simulation, and RF measurement
Other Requirements:
1. Master degree or above in Electrical engineering or Physics related fields
2. Experiences on RF measurement on circuit and system levels with hands-on works
3. Experience in RF power device (HBT/HEMT) design will be a plus
4. Interests on research and physics
