Job Description
Chinese Kitchen Line Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow the daily workflow of the kitchen and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Assist chefs in measuring ingredients by volume and weight.
3. Perform hygiene and cleaning duties within the kitchen.
4. Assist with plating dishes and adjusting portion sizes during service.
5. Help with packing takeaway orders and provide delivery assistance when necessary.
6. Store cleaned plates in designated cabinets and preheat them before use.
7. Candidates with a chef certification are preferred.
8. For applicants with more than three years of experience, salary will be adjusted based on seniority.
Work Location:
6F, A2 Building, T.S. Mall, East District, Tainan City
Working Hours:
Day Shift / Evening Shift / Weekend Shift
09:00–14:00 / 14:30–21:00
Shift rotation required.

1.廚師每日工作流程，依照最高標準之清潔及維護廚房品質，確保顧客滿意度
2.協助廚師測量食材的容量與重量。
3.進行廚房內的衛生清潔工作。
4.於出菜時負責菜餚擺盤或調整份量之工作。
5. 協助打包外帶的食物，必要時進行外送的服務。
6. 將洗好的餐盤收到儲藏櫃內，並在即將使用前預先加熱。
7.有廚師證者尤佳
俱三年以上經驗者，薪資依年資再議

上班時段：
日班/晚班/假日班09:00-14:00/14:30-21:00，需輪班
