Job Description
Commissioned by Partner Company – Part-time Recruitment: Kitchen Assistant (Back of House)
Work Location:
No. 101, Guiren Avenue, Guiren District, Tainan City
Job Description:
1. Prepare ingredients, wash and cut vegetables.
2. Clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
3. Assist in other daily kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to independently complete basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation, washing, cutting, and dishwashing.
2. Willing to cooperate with the team and follow task assignments.
Working Hours:
*11:00–15:30 / 17:00–20:30*
*Overtime may be required on holidays depending on business needs.*
Salary:
*Base hourly rate:* NT$200/hour
Incentive System:
* Monthly working hours 80–99 hrs → NT$205/hr
* Monthly working hours 100 hrs → NT$210/hr
* Monthly working hours 120 hrs → NT$220/hr
* Full attendance and 100+ hrs → additional NT$5/hr
* Pass station assessment → additional NT$3–20/hr
* After one year of service → additional NT$5/hr

工作內容：
1.食材備料、洗菜、切菜
2.餐具與廚房清潔（洗碗）
3.協助內場其他日常作業
工作要求：
1.可獨立完成備料、洗菜、切菜、洗碗等基本廚務
2.配合團隊分工
上班時間：
*11:00-15:30/17:00-20:30
*假日可能需配合加班
薪資：
*基本時薪： NT$200／小時
獎勵加給制度：
*月工時滿 80～99 小時 → 時薪 NT$205
*月工時滿 100 小時 → 時薪 NT$210
*月工時滿 120 小時 → 時薪 NT$220
*全勤且達 100 小時以上 → 時薪再加 NT$5
*通過過站考核 → 時薪再加 NT$3～20
*任職滿一年 → 時薪再加 NT$5
