Job Description
Kitchen Staff (All Levels) (Starting from NT$36,000/month, including Regional Allowance)

Michelin One-Star Restaurant | Hong Kong Dim Sum Chain
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform food preparation tasks in the prep area
2. Prepare dishes such as rice rolls, steamed items, and dim sum production
3. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
4. Manage and control ingredients and raw materials
Work Location:
No. 301, Section 3, Taiwan Boulevard, Xitun District, Taichung City (Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store)
Required Skills:
1. Basic knowledge of food service operations
2. Interest in learning Hong Kong-style dim sum preparation
3. Able to stand for long periods and perform prolonged standing work
Working Hours:
Shift rotation:
07:00–16:00 / 13:00–22:00
Each shift is 9 hours (including 1-hour meal break)
Salary:
Adjusted based on individual experience and skills
Note:
Chinese proficiency must be at least at A2 level
