Job Description
【SMT & DIP Process Engineer】
■ Responsible for the process planning of various SMT production models.
■ Establishing and revising production operation standard documents.
■ Leading the analysis and development of countermeasures for production abnormalities within the department.
■ Planning factory layouts and tooling.
■ Creating production hours for models within the department.
■ Leading and promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
■ Establishing SMT SAP routings.
■ PFMEA, SOP, process cards for product models, and maintenance of production samples.
■ Continuous improvement of production technology and accumulation of experience data.
■ Conducting technical reviews and data verification before products enter mass production.
■ Handling and analyzing production technical abnormalities.
■ Testing and manufacturing production samples.
■ Driving the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
■ Willing to work in India factory (Gurugram)
Work Experience: 2 years or more
Preferred Majors: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Other Requirements:
1. Project Management & Analysis: Able to collect, analyze, and interpret data from equipment sources to support data-driven decisions; proficient in Excel, Word, CAD, QC tools, or similar data analysis software
2. Familiar with IPC, IE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA; skilled in process planning, measuring tool planning, handling process anomalies, and operating mechanical/electronic instruments; experience with steel parts, fixture & jig design, carrier design and optimization, SMT layout design

工作經歷：2年以上
科系要求：電機電子工程相關、機械工程相關、工業工程相關
其他條件
1. 專案推動/分析：能夠收集、分析和解讀設備來源資料，提供資料驅動的決策支援,熟悉使用Excel、Word、CAD、QC或類似的資料分析工具
2. 熟悉IPC、IE、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA.製程、測具規劃、制程異常處理、機械或電子相關儀器設備的使用，鋼板、治檢工具、載具設計及優化，SMT Lay-out設計
