【Job Responsibilities】
Front of House (Service Staff)
1. Handle order running, plating, food serving, and coordination between kitchen and service areas.
2. Greet guests, guide seating, serve water, and take orders.
3. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness after customers finish dining.
4. Prepare simple food items such as toast or beverages.
5. Handle cashiering and payment collection.
6. Perform closing and cleaning duties.
Back of House (Kitchen Staff)
1. Food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, preparing ingredients, cooked food preparation, salad bar setup, and beverage/dessert preparation.
2. Clean and organize kitchen utensils and environment, including washing pots, dishes, and maintaining the kitchen area.

【工作內容】
外場
1.負責跑單、擺盤、送餐及聯繫內外場之工作。
2.負責客人帶位、倒水、點餐等工作。
3.於客人用餐完畢後，負責收拾碗盤與清理環境。
4.進行簡易餐飲之料理，如：烤土司或調配飲料等。
5.負責結帳、收銀之工作。
6.打烊相關清潔工作。
內場
1.餐飲調製，如：洗菜、食材準備、熟食準備、沙拉吧準備、飲料點心調製等
2.飲食器具及環境整理，如：洗鍋、洗碗、洗場整理等。
上班時段：
假日班/平日早班9:00-18:00晚班14:00-23:00 (排班制)
