Job Description
Position: Semiconductor R&D Engineer (Experience in Organic Small Molecule/Polymer Synthesis Preferred)
Job Description:
1. Raw material sourcing
2. Literature collection, organization, and reporting
3. Development and synthesis of new materials (organic small molecules and polymers)
4. Material analysis (forward/reverse); familiarity with analytical instruments is preferred (e.g., TGA, NMR, FTIR, DMA)
5. Preparation of synthesis reports and technical documentation
6. Cross-department communication
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Salary:
* Master’s degree: NT$48,000 to NT$52,000/month
* Bachelor’s degree: NT$40,000 to NT$45,000/month
Educational Background:
* Majors in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
Other Requirements:
* Work experience is not required, but relevant research experience is necessary.

薪水：
碩士4萬8千元 至5萬2千元
大學4萬元 至4萬5千元

無相關經驗可，但是需要有相關研究經驗。
