Job Description
1. Handle bulk and sample orders: PO and PI processing
2. Coordinate order processing and communicate delivery schedules with clients
3. Provide customer service and support
4. Track production progress and resolve related issues
5. Manage accounts receivable
6. Capable of basic business English email communication
Other Requirements:
Proficient in business email writing (must be able to independently read and reply to emails in English)
