Job Description
1. Manage and optimize the electronic production process to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
2. Collaborate with automotive clients on audit requirements and prepare for relevant inspection work.
3. Organize, archive, and systematize ISO documentation.
4. Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with skills in report summarization and data analysis.
5. Manage and maintain the department's training room; develop and implement annual training plans.
6. Oversee and audit production line reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
7. Communicate across departments and with external clients, coordinating and translating documents in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
1. 負責電子生產流程的管理與優化，確保生產計劃的順利執行。
2. 配合車廠客戶的審查需求，準備並應對相關稽核工作。
3. 負責ISO文件的整理、歸檔及系統化管理。
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件（如Excel、Word、PowerPoint等），具備報表匯總與數據分析能力）。
5. 管理及維護部門培訓室，制定並執行年度培訓計劃。
6. 產線報表的管理及稽核，確保數據準確性與即時性。
7. 跨部門及外部客戶溝通，使用中英越語進行協調與文件翻譯。
