1. Appraisal of overseas real estate collateral (and reviewing external valuation reports issued by external agencies)
2. Collection and analysis of real estate information in Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries
3. Investigation of financial and real estate laws and tax systems in Vietnam, Cambodia, and other countries
4. Communication with overseas branches and related businesses
5. Project planning and execution for the bank
