Job Description
Founded in 2005, Vicomm Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in wireless networking and automotive electronics. We provide solutions for testing, assembly, and automation, with a global presence and strong modular technology. Job Responsibilities
1. After-sales service: Visit clients regularly to perform inspections and maintenance based on their needs.
2. Equipment assembly & tuning: Assemble and fine-tune automated equipment to ensure stable operation.
3. Database maintenance: Analyze product issues and maintain a fault database for efficient troubleshooting.
4. Service report management: Document and manage maintenance reports to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
1. Technical drawing skills are preferred.
2. Experience in assembling automated equipment is a plus.
3. Willing to travel domestically and internationally; strong communication skills required.
4. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

【 本職缺工作內容 】
1. 專業售後服務：配合客戶需求，定期前往客戶端進行檢查與保養，提供專業售後技術支持。
2. 自動化設備組裝與調試：負責設備的組裝及性能調試，確保機台運作穩定。
3. 資料庫建立與維護：分析產品異常狀況，建立並維護問題資料庫，以便未來快速排除故障。
4. 維修報表管理：撰寫並管理維修報表，確保售後服務記錄準確完善。
【 需要具備的條件 】
1. 視圖能力：具備工業製圖視圖能力者優先，有助於快速理解設備結構與操作方式。
2. 自動化相關經驗：有自動化設備組裝經驗者佳，了解產線運作流程與需求。
3. 配合國內外出差：能適應國內外出差，並具備良好的溝通協調能力，確保順利完成專案安排。
4. 駕駛能力：需具備汽車駕駛能力，能夠因應出差需求，確保工作安排順利進行。
