Restaurant Back-of-House / Front-of-House Staff (Part-time)
Work Locations:
1. Big City Branch: No. 229, Zhongyang Road, East District, Hsinchu City
2. PX Mart Zhongxiao Branch: No. 300, Zhongxiao Road, East District, Hsinchu City
3. Zhubei Far Eastern Department Store Branch: No. 18, Zhuangjing North Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County
4. Guanxin Branch: Guanxin Road, East District, Hsinchu City
5. Zhubei Far Eastern Department Store Branch: No. 18, Zhuangjing North Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County

Job Responsibilities:
Front-of-House
Welcoming guests, seating arrangements, menu introduction, assisting with ordering and product sales
Handling orders, delivering meals, plating, and coordinating with kitchen staff
Cleaning tables, collecting dishes, and maintaining dining area cleanliness
Assisting with simple food preparation such as drinks and desserts
Table service and POS cashier operations
Back-of-House
Food ingredient preparation and pre-processing
Cooking simple meals and set menus
Order control, food preparation, and plating
Ingredient inventory management and quality control
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 10:00–14:00
Evening Shift: 18:00–22:00
Actual shifts arranged by each store
Scheduled by supervisors.
Approximately 20 working hours per week (in compliance with international student part-time work regulations).
Salary:
Hourly wage NT$196 per hour
Requirements:
Basic Chinese communication ability
Able to cooperate with store scheduling arrangements
No overtime work
Leave Policy:
Scheduled according to supervisor arrangements
Benefits:
Meals provided: 1–2 meals
Accommodation: Four-person dormitory, NT$1,500 per month (utilities not included)
Long-service bonus: NT$3,000 after one year
Health examination: Required according to partnered clinic fees (self-paid)

工作內容：
外場
*迎賓帶位、介紹菜單、協助點餐與商品銷售
*跑單、送餐、擺盤及內外場聯繫
*收拾碗盤與用餐區清潔
*協助製作簡易餐點，如：調配飲料、製作甜點等。
*桌邊服務、POS機收銀等服務。
內場
*食材準備與前置作業
*簡易餐點與套餐烹調
*控單出餐、菜餚擺盤
*食材點貨、庫存與品質管理
工作時間：
早班：10:00～14:00
晚班：18:00～22:00
（實際排班依門市安排）
依主管排班，每週工作時數約 20 小時（符合僑外生兼職工時規範）
薪資：
時薪 NT$196／小時
