Production Operator
Work Locations:
Fengyuan Factory: Rongchun Street, Fengyuan District, Taichung City
Fengzhou Factory: Fengzhou Road, Shengang District, Taichung City
Job Responsibilities:
1. Production operations related to bicycles (bonding, putty application, coating/painting)
2. Follow production SOPs to ensure product quality and production progress in order to achieve daily production targets
3. Handle basic production abnormalities and preventive measures
4. Maintain workplace cleanliness and smooth workflow
5. Proper use of safety protective equipment
6. Provide guidance for a single production process/station
7. Able to cooperate with overtime when required
8. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors
Working Hours:
Day Shift: 08:00–17:00
Night Shift: 20:00–04:30
Salary:
Base salary NT$29,500 + Full attendance bonus NT$1,000 = NT$31,500
Night shift allowance: NT$600/day
Fengzhou Factory transportation allowance: NT$1,500/month (paid quarterly)
6S incentive bonus: NT$2,000/month (paid quarterly)
Requirements:
1. Manufacturing industry experience preferred
2. Bicycle industry experience preferred
3. Work environment requires climbing stairs and wearing protective equipment depending on the work area
Leave Policy:
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

工作內容：
(1)生產執行:自行車相關生產作業(膠合/補土/塗裝)
(2)製程遵循:遵循製程SOP確保品質及生產進度，以完成每日生產目標
(3)生產異常處理:基本異常排除/異常預防
(4)環境維護:維持動線流暢與物品整齊整潔
(5)職業安全:正確使用護具
(6)技術指導:單一工段指導
(7)視情況能配合加班
(8)主管交辦事項
工作時間：
早班 08:00-17:00
夜班 20:00-04:30
薪資：
29,500本薪+1,000全勤=31,500；夜班津貼600/天；豐洲廠1,500/月(季發)交通津貼；6S獎勵金2,000/月(季發)
