Job Description 1. Execute process and product improvement projects.
2. Promote trial production and mass production activities for new products.
3. Assist in the sample production of derivative products.
4. Candidates with experience in ceramic materials are preferred.

Educational Background: Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Other Requirements:
1. Must be able to work overtime on weekdays and holidays.
2. Knowledge of quality control methods, statistical analysis, and manufacturing cost concepts.
3. Experience in ceramic processing is a plus.
4. Engineering department training for engineers.
