Job Description
【
Front-of-House Duties】
1. Customer service: greeting/seating, taking orders, delivering meals, processing payments, handling takeout.
2. Menu introduction and promotions.
3. Input orders using POS system.
4. Setting and clearing tables, handling tray carts.
5. Keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Teamwork spirit and willingness to assist colleagues is required.
【Back-of-House Duties】
1. Food quality control and handling.
2. Ingredient prep (washing, cutting, rice cooking, etc.).
3. Dish plating, meal prep, packaging for takeout.
4. Dishwashing and kitchen equipment maintenance.
5. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen workspace.
Days Off: 2 days off per week (shift-based scheduling)
Salary
* After 12 AM: additional NT$30–60/hour
Attendance Bonus (per month)
* 60 hrs → NT$300
* 80 hrs → NT$500
* 100 hrs → NT$1000
* 150 hrs → NT$1500

工作內容：
【外場職務內容】
1.顧客服務-登記帶位、點餐送餐、結帳、外帶等。
2.餐點介紹與推廣
3.電腦輸入顧客點選餐點、送單。
4.擺設餐具、撤桌、撤餐車。
5.維持環境乾淨整潔。
6.完成主管交辦事項。

【內場職務內容】
團隊分工合作共同完成
1.食材品質維護及控管。
2.食材前置處理(洗菜、切菜、煮飯等) 。
3.各式鍋類擺盤、餐點製作、外帶。
4.餐具清洗及設備保養。
5.維持工作區域乾淨整潔。
休假制度：週休二日，排班制
薪資：
超過晚上１２點每小時加30-60元
獎金制度：
兼職人員當月上班時數達以下標準，額外發放時數獎金：
(1). 達60小時－獎金300元
(2). 達80小時－獎金500元
(3). 達100小時－獎金1000元
(4). 達150小時－獎金1500元
