Job Description
[Job Duties] 1. Use ERP to input and process customer shipping/return orders. 2. Assist business staff in managing and processing shipments. 3. Assist business staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales and issuing customer invoices. 4. Handle monthly customer account reconciliation and accounts receivable processing. 5. Assist warehouse staff with inventory audits and stocktaking. Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication, reading, and typing. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
