Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Administrative / Accounting Assistant
Work Location:
Xinhe Road, Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily accounting tasks, including recording and reconciliation
2. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness
3. Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of accounting operations
4. Handle mail distribution, answer phone calls, and perform general administrative duties
5. Demonstrate a high level of compliance and ability to execute company policies
6. Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors
Working Hours:
Day shift: 08:00–17:00
Salary:
Monthly salary: NT$35,000–38,000
(Full salary, no attendance bonus, meal allowance included)
Requirements:
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Chinese typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Leave System:
Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

工作內容：
1. 負責公司日常會計帳務處理，包括記錄和核對。
2. 處理應收(應付)帳款，確保帳務的正確性與及時性。
3. 協助進行內部稽核，確保會計作業合規與準確。
4.收發信件、接聽電話、行政庶務
5.具高度服從性、能執行公司政策者。
6. 配合主管交辦事項。
工作時間：
日班( 8:00-17:00 ）
薪資：
35000~38000 全薪，無全勤獎金計算，含伙食津貼
