Job Description
Commissioned by Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment: Assistant Manager Trainee (Full-time / Management Trainee)
Work Location:
(*Must be able to support different store locations as assigned*)
* Xuchang Branch (Training Store): Zhongzheng District, Taipei City
* Guangfu Branch (Training Store): Guangfu South Road, Daan District, Taipei City
* 101 Branch: Xinyi Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City
* NTU Gongguan Branch: Roosevelt Road, Daan District, Taipei City
Job Description:
1. Ensure familiarity with and management of restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
2. Supervise product preparation processes and portion control.
3. Provide warm customer service, including service skills, handling complaints, product sales, and local marketing.
4. Manage inventory, purchasing, and maintenance of materials, ingredients, and equipment.
5. Oversee restaurant operations and manpower allocation.
6. Implement food safety and product knowledge standards.
7. Support rotation or relocation according to company needs.
8. Participate in meal preparation.
Requirements:
1. Basic proficiency in Chinese.
2. Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
3. Must be willing to work shifts (fast promotion opportunities).
*For those unable to work shifts: fixed morning shift (start at 9:00) or fixed evening shift (end by 23:00) is acceptable.*
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 09:00–18:00
Mid Shift: 11:00–20:00
Evening Shift: 14:00–23:00
Salary:
Full-time Staff: NT$34,000
Management Trainee: NT$36,000

工作內容：
1.確保餐廳服務方式與作業標準流程熟悉與管理。
2.監督商品之製作流程、份量等事務。
3.溫馨顧客服務(服務技巧、客訴處理、產品面銷、商圈經營) 。
4.食材/包材/器具進貨與管理(庫存管理/盤點、設備維護) 。
5.負責門市的餐飲管理與人力調配。
6.商品知識與食品安全概念的認識與執行。
7.可配合公司需求輪調。
8. 餐點製作。
