Job Description
【Process Automation Engineer】
■ Set process parameters, compile and review CPK data
■ Write production line SOP, PFMEA, control plan document
■ Deal with process abnormities
■ Analyze product defect loss, develop short/long term solutions
■ Write 8D reports & implement improvements
■ Support discussions between equipment engineers and vendors
■ Willing to work in India factory (Gurugram)
Work Experience: 3 years or more
Preferred Majors: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Other Requirements:
1. Familiar with QC Seven Tools, PDCA, 80/20 Rule, fishbone diagram, CPK analysis; capable of preparing PFMEA, SOP, CP, and validating equipment parameters
2. Experience with automotive ultrasonic radar, ECU/main controllers, and front/rear or surround-view camera systems

■ 輔助設備工程師與設備商討論動作原理、驗證、測試…等項目
■ 派駐印度廠
工作經歷：3年以上
科系要求：電機電子工程相關、機械工程相關
其他條件
1. 熟悉QC七大手法、PDCA、80/20法則，魚骨圖、CPK等分析手法 & PFMEA、SOP、CP撰寫方式 & 設備參數驗證
2. 車載超聲波雷達、主機控制器、前後/環景射像頭設備經驗
