【Job Responsibilities】
Kitchen Staff (Back of House)
* Assist chefs with food preparation before and during cooking, and support other restaurant-related tasks.
* Wash, peel, cut, and prepare various ingredients.
* Clean and maintain the working environment, equipment, and utensils.
* Prepare ingredients required for different dishes.
* Assist in measuring ingredient quantities and weights.
* Handle plating and take-out packaging services.

【工作內容】
餐飲內場：
．擔任廚師的助手，處理烹飪前與烹飪中之準備工作與其他餐廳相關事務。
．負責洗、剝、削、切各種食材。
．負責清理工作環境、設備和餐具。
．準備不同餐點所需要的食材。
．協助測量食材的容量與重量。
．負責擺盤、打包外帶服務。
上班時段：
早班9:00-18:00晚班14:00-23:00 (排班制)
