Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Food & Beverage Front/Back-of-House Management Trainee
Work Location:
Yangming Street, Banqiao District, New Taipei City
Training Location:
Dehe Road, Yonghe District, New Taipei City (Approximately 2 weeks of training)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Meal preparation and food serving
2. Taking orders at the counter
3. Maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
4. Learning store operations for both front and back of house
5. Training for future promotion to supervisory positions
Requirements:
1. Interest in store management and F&B operations
2. Ambitious and willing to grow into a supervisory role
Working Hours: (Fixed split shifts)
Morning shift:
10:45–14:30 (3.45 hours)
17:00–21:15 (4.15 hours)
Break between shifts: 14:30–17:00
Salary:
Monthly salary: NT$39,000
(Base salary NT$35,000 + Meal allowance NT$2,000 + Perfect attendance bonus NT$2,000)
Leave System:
8 days off per month
National holidays worked can be compensated with leave
Benefits:
1. Performance bonus: 10% profit-sharing distributed among store staff upon achieving store performance targets
2. Festival bonuses, year-end bonus, and birthday gift bonus

工作時間：(固定兩段班)
*早班時段包含：

薪資：
月薪 NT$39,000
(底薪$35,000+伙食費$2,000+全勤獎金$2,000)

*月排休 8 天
