Job Description
Position: Mid-Shift – Kitchen Assistant (Hourly Wage) – Dispatched by Caidodo for Partner Company
Job Description:
1. Assist with opening shift preparations, including washing ingredients, thawing and portioning, peeling, and skewering items for grilling.
2. Assist with simple cooking tasks, such as preparing fried foods and stir-fried dishes.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
4. Provide other assistance as needed to back-of-house colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Candidates with basic cooking experience and knowledge preferred.
2. Must be able to adapt to back-of-house working conditions, such as prolonged standing, warm environment, and restrictions on wearing nail polish or using perfume.
3. Must be able to communicate in Chinese and read SOPs and work instructions.
Working Hours:
17:00–23:30
*Store closed every Wednesday; no shifts scheduled.*
Salary:
NT\$190 per hour

工作內容：
1.協助開班備料，包括清洗食材、退冰分切、去皮、串串燒
2.協助簡易烹飪工作，如炸物、熱炒等品項的備置
3.工作區域的清潔維護工作
4.其他內場同仁需要的協助事項
應徵條件：
1.有烹飪基礎經驗知識者優先
2.須能配合內場工作性質，如久站、環境較悶熱、不能做美甲和使用香水
3.中文必須能溝通且可以閱讀SOP和一些工作指引
工作時間：
17:00-23:30
※固定店休周三不排班
薪資：
190元
