❙ Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand Vietnamese customers’ needs for digital services, track industry trends, fintech applications, and relevant regulations
2. Plan digital service processes, create business design reports, execute projects, and plan go-to-market schedules
3. Communicate and coordinate across multinational and cross-departmental teams

❙ Preferred Major:

Business and Management-related fields

❙ Other Requirements:
1. Experience in finance, telecommunications, or e-commerce industries, with an interest in digital financial technology
2. Capable of designing digital service processes, writing product requirement documents, and using customer usage data to analyze benefits and enhance digital service experience
3. Strong project execution and quality control skills, with excellent cross-functional communication abilities
4. Able to research digital trends and conduct competitor analysis to drive innovation, business cooperation, and industry growth through new technologies
