Job Description
Shift-Based Quality Control Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
✦ Conduct quality inspections on finished and semi-finished fiberglass yarn products.
✦ Inspect nonconforming products, track issues, and provide improvement suggestions.
✦ Perform customer return inspections and root cause analysis to support quality improvement.
★ This position requires the ability to distinguish products by color.
Salary:
NT$36,000 and above per month (overtime pay calculated separately)
Working Hours: (Three-shift rotation system)
* Day Shift: 06:00–14:45
* Afternoon Shift: 14:00–22:45
* Night Shift: 22:00–06:45
★ Shift rotation pattern:
Day Shift (5 days on / 2 days off) → Night Shift (5 days on / 2 days off) → Afternoon Shift (5 days on / 1 day off)

【工作內容】
✦ 玻璃纖維紗成品與半成品的品質檢驗。
✦ 生產異常品之檢驗、追蹤與改善建議。
✦ 客戶返品檢驗與原因分析，協助品質提升。
★工作需依顏色辨識品種
薪水：
月薪36,000 元以上(加班費另計)
【工作時間】（三班輪班制）
早班 06:00 ~ 14:45
中班 14:00 ~ 22:45
晚班 22:00 ~ 06:45
★ 輪班方式：早班 (做5休2) → 晚班 (做5休2) → 中班 (做5休1)
