Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production scheduling and management.
2. Assign and manage tasks for team members.
3. Handle and report abnormalities.
4. Conduct training for on-site personnel.
5. Support project execution.
6. Enforce operating procedures.
7. Inspect process parameters.
8. Assist with process improvement projects.
Shift Information:
Day shift: 7:40 AM - 7:40 PM.
No fixed days off; must adhere to shift scheduling. Willingness to work rotating shifts is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
1. Previous experience as an on-site management staff.
2. Strong on-site management experience with communication and coordination skills.
3. Experience in CCL or PCB processes.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
5. Basic knowledge of logistics management.

日班: 07:40-19:40
班制: 無固定休，須配合排班；若可配合輪班更佳。
其他條件
1) 擔任過現場管理幹部
2) 現場管理經驗，溝通協調能力
3) CCL或PCB經驗
4) Office軟體操作
5) 物流管理基礎
