Job Description
A. Technical Support:
1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing any issues related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of our biotech devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
3. Perform basic on-site fixes and maintenance tasks as needed.
B. Customer Training:
1.Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the use and applications of CYTENA BPS instruments.
2. Develop training materials and documentation to enhance customer understanding and usage of our products.
C. Product Feedback:
1. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and development.
2. Work with the R&D team to communicate customer needs and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new ones.

Your Qualifications:
*BSc or MSc in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
*2+ years experience in a technical support or field application role within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support customers.
*Experience in bio experiment is a plus
*Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
*Willingness to travel nationally/internationally if necessary.
Working Hours:
09:00–18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
※ Monthly salary starts from NT$40,000. Final salary will be determined based on education and experience, and can be further discussed during the interview.
Preferred Academic Background:
Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Remarks:
1. Applicants with no prior experience are welcome; candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
2. Proficiency in English is required; basic or no Chinese language ability is acceptable.
