Job Description
1. Assist sales staff with following up bulk orders, maintaining communication with customers, and replying to emails.
2. Provide regular sales status reports and follow up on accounts receivable.
3. Handle purchasing of primary and secondary materials; maintain system documents.
4. Maintain system data and process payment requests.
5. Measure sample garments, prepare fabric swatch cards, arrange sample adjustments, send parcels, deliver materials for approval, prepare QC files, and create trim cards.
業務助理
1.協助務跟催大貨訂單，保持與客戶間之聯繫，郵件回覆。
2.定期提供業務銷售狀況報表，跟催應收帳款。
3.主副料採購、系統文件維護。
4.系統資料維護、請款作業。
5.量樣衣，貼布卡、 安排調樣、寄包裹、主副料送核. 製作QC file、 Trim卡。
