● Reserve Supervisor:
The Business Operations Supervisor is a key role at FamilyMart, serving as a corporate advisor and the bridge between the company and its stores, overseeing 7-8 stores. The role supports stores in achieving business goals using company resources.
We welcome those who are interested in convenience store management and are willing to undergo thorough store-based training. After completing training as store staff, assistant store manager, and store manager, the goal is to develop future business management capabilities, with potential for advancement to senior management in operational or back-office positions, or growth in domestic and international partner companies.
◎ Job Description:
1. Future Position: Business Operations Supervisor
2. Training Period: 1 to 1.5 years, depending on individual progress.
3. Training Phases: Involves store sales services, inventory management, store operations, equipment and environmental maintenance, with rotations through different stores and training programs from headquarters.
4. Job Responsibilities:
* Drive store performance and assist with product ordering and sales techniques.
* Analyze the store's business area and assist in area management.
* Adjust product structure based on sales and shelf analysis to ensure effective store presentation.
* Provide operational support to the store and ensure staff training and task distribution.
◎ Salary: Starting salary: NT$33,000/month, with potential to reach NT$57,000/month upon promotion to Business Operations Supervisor.
● Reserve Store Manager:
We welcome individuals who are interested in convenience store operations and are willing to undergo basic store training. Training will prepare candidates for future store management roles and, based on performance, can lead to further development into operational or back-office managerial positions.

1. Future Position: Store Manager
2. Training Period: 1 year, depending on individual progress.
3. Training Phases: Includes store sales services, inventory management, store operations, and maintenance of equipment and store environments. Rotations through different shifts and training programs will occur.
4. Job Responsibilities:
* Enhance store product ordering and sales techniques to achieve business goals.
* Plan and execute local area activities to drive store performance.
* Maintain proper product display and structure.
* Train and allocate tasks for store staff to ensure performance.
* Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
◎ Salary: Starting salary: NT$31,000/month, with potential to reach NT$42,000/month upon promotion to Store Manager.
● Job Locations: Stores will be assigned based on selected training areas.
● Rest Day System: Rotating schedule with 8-9 days off per month.

*透過店鋪商品銷售、貨架分析調整商品結構,以確保店鋪呈列豐富,提供賣場陳列之建議。
*店舖各庶務協助支援與溝通,確保店鋪人員雇用適性、能力訓練、輔導店鋪人員任務分配,以達店鋪績效。
◎薪資
月薪起薪33,000元,晉升為營業擔當可達近月薪57,000元
