Job Description
Vietnamese Translator & Migrant Worker Coordinator
Job Responsibilities：
1. Assist in communication and translation (documents and verbal) between employer and foreign workers
2. Support foreign workers in daily life management, medical visits, psychological counseling, and job coordination with the employer
3. Complete and write related forms and reports
4. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements：
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and responsibility
- Experience in labor brokerage or translation is a plus
This role is vital for helping employers communicate effectively with migrant workers, and for supporting workers in adapting to life and work in Taiwan.
Fresh graduates are welcome; no experience required — training will be provided.

-具相關人力仲介翻譯工作者為佳。
這個職位的重要性在於協助僱主與外勞間的溝通，並協助外勞在臺灣的生活和工作適應。
應屆畢業生，無經驗可培訓歡迎有興趣的。
