Job Description
1. Responsible for production scheduling management and capacity allocation (practical experience with ERP system).
2. Maintain effective operation of quality management systems (at least ISO 9001 or ISO 13485).
3. Familiar with raw material markets, equipment, and human resource budgeting to effectively control production costs.
4. Learn and manage daily operations in the plant (safety, personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, and measurement).
5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork, with lean manufacturing as the ultimate management goal.
6. Perform job evaluations based on KPI indicators.
Additional Requirements:
1. Candidates with experience in TPS (Toyota Production System) are highly preferred.
2. Experience in implementing ISO 13485 quality system is a plus.
