Job Description
【Automation Equipment Engineer】
■ Inspect Equipment before production, first article assurance, clean accessories at the end
■ Production equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting,replace parts
■ Fill in the equipment form
■ Improve performance & quality of production line
■ Transfer/train skills, create/update document
■ Willing to work in India factory (Gurugram) & work shifts
Work Experience: 3 years or more
Preferred Majors: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Other Requirements:
1. Familiar with equipment related to: parts assembly, dispensing, UV curing, laser marking, laser welding, soldering (including drop soldering), airtightness testing, final product testing, and thermal cycling testing
2. Experience with automotive ultrasonic radar, main controllers, and front/rear or surround-view camera systems
【自動化設備維護工程師】
■ 生產前設備點檢與首件確認(含點檢儀器使用)、生產維護 & 收線時的配件清潔、保養
■ 設備維護與保養、異常分析與排除 & 更換配件(含備品整理、選型、管理…等)
■ 設備表格填寫與維護(例如：點檢表、保養表、維修紀錄表、環安檢查表…等)
■ 生產線進行動作優化、降低機故頻率/時間、提高生產效率 & 良率改善
■ 生產線周邊設備/儀器維護、保養 & 替換
■ 生產線技轉及相關文件製作、維護 & 教育訓練
■ 派駐印度廠,需能配合輪班
工作經歷：3年以上
科系要求：電機電子工程相關、機械工程相關
其他條件
1. 熟悉零件組裝、點膠、UV固化、雷射打標、雷射熔接、焊接(含熔滴焊)、氣密測試、成品測試 & 冷熱循環測試相關設備
2. 車載超聲波雷達、主機控制器、前後/環景射像頭設備經驗
