Job Description
[Job Title] Construction Engineer
[Job Description]
1. Project site engineer: Create engineering schedules, configuration drawings, project estimation, inspection, setting out, material receiving, manpower allocation, assist site supervisor in evaluating construction process, solve on-site problems, communicate with owner and subcontractors.
2. Quality and safety control: Control construction progress and quality, coordinate engineering affairs and labor, and safety inspection.
[Requirements]
- Education: Master/Bachelor/Associate (Engineering and Civil related)
- Language: Basic Chinese (preferred), English
- Experience: Practical construction site/project field experience, ability to read and draw blueprints
- Work experience in Taiwan: Open, overseas experience preferred
- Skills: Engineering schedule management, quality control, safety inspection, manpower coordination
- Hold national civil engineer certification
- Must be able to ride bicycle or scooter, drivers license preferred
- Company can provide vehicle for driving to project sites
[Salary] From NT$48,000/month, negotiable based on skills and experience
- KPI bonus system available based on performance
[Working Hours] Shift system
- Overtime: Average 2-4 hours daily
- Night shift: Depends on work conditions
- Probation: 40 days per ROC Council of Labor Affairs regulations
[Leave] Annual 15-day unpaid leave (may use compensatory leave or annual leave)
[Meals and Accommodation]
- Dormitory provided: meal subsidy NT$1,200/month
- No dormitory: meal & accommodation subsidy NT$2,400/month
[Note] Commissioned by NCKU. This case is unrelated to NANXIANG.
Qualifications: This position is open only to graduated overseas Chinese students and foreign graduates who meet the relevant status and qualifications for working in Taiwan. Candidates who do not meet graduated overseas Chinese student status should not apply.
