Commissioned by Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment: Front-of-House Staff
Work Location:
Guangming 1st Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County
Job Description:
* Provide table service, actively attend to customers’ needs, and deliver warm, thoughtful service.
* Prepare beverages and desserts at the bar counter.
* Maintain and clean the restaurant environment.
* Work as a team to achieve collective goals.
* Full-time employees will take on supervisory responsibilities and have opportunities for promotion to management roles.
* Learn store operations, including ordering, stock transfers, scheduling, ERP system management, inventory control, and cashier duties.
Job Requirements:
* Must be punctual, responsible, and have a diligent, positive learning attitude.
Working Hours:
*10:30–21:00 (8 hours per day, actual hours may vary; 1.5–2 hours break between shifts)*
*Exact schedule to be discussed during interview.*
Overtime:
Occasionally required, depending on store needs.
Salary:
Monthly Salary: NT$35,000–38,000
Additional Allowance:
Break time exceeding 2.5 hours → Allowance NT$200 (according to company policy).
