Job Description
Part-time Culinary Assistant (Teppanyaki / Kappou)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle and prepare various ingredients for cooking preparation.
2. Sort and process daily ingredients (e.g., seafood, fish, etc.).
3. Clean and organize the kitchen after service.
4. Assist in sorting and returning tableware/utensils.
5. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
Working Hours:
Scheduled according to on-site requirements and staff availability.
廚藝兼職 (鐵板燒/割烹)
1.負責處理各種食材，以完成烹飪的前置工作。
2.當天食材歸類、處理(如:處理海鮮魚類...等)
3.餐後廚房環境整理、清潔
4.協助餐具/器皿整理及歸位。
5.主管交辦事項
