Job Description
Partner Company – Full-time Recruitment by Cai DuoDuo: Ironworker
Work Location:
Xinhe Road, Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County
(Work locations may include Xinfeng, Hukou, Hsinchu, etc., depending on job requirements)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform maintenance and repair work for building facilities
2. Carry out spot welding operations to ensure structural stability and safety
3. Use appropriate hand tools and mechanical tools for component fabrication and assembly
4. Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues during construction
Applicants with spot welding experience are preferred; those without experience but willing to receive training are also welcome
Working Hours:
Day shift: 08:00–17:00
Salary:
Monthly salary: NT$40,000–42,000
(Full salary, no attendance bonus, meal allowance included)
Leave System:
Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

(依工作需要:新豐、湖口、新竹…)
工作內容：
1. 執行房屋設施的維護與修繕工作。
2. 進行點焊作業，確保焊接結構的穩定性及安全性。
3. 使用適合的手工具及機械工具，執行零件加工與組裝。
8. 與工程團隊密切協作，解決施工過程中的技術問題。
具備點焊經驗者優先考量，無經驗但願意接受培訓者亦歡迎加入。
工作時間：
日班( 8:00-17:00 ）
薪資：
40000~42000 全薪，無全勤獎金計算，含伙食津貼
休假制度：
周休 六日
